ADULT CLINICS & WOMEN'S RETREATS - 2008 SPRING SCHEDULE COMING SOON


Come on your own or bring a group of friends, and enjoy a Women’s Retreat at Hoofbeat Hill, where you can relax in a friendly atmosphere, and learn some relaxation techniques for mind and body.

 

Retreats at HHS are integrated programs which include techniques from Therapeutic Touch, Tai Chi, belly dance, homeopathy, and/or herbology.

 

These workshops are designed to refresh your mind, body and spirit with benefits that can last for months.


» Tai Chi – Enjoy a relaxing weekend of Tai Chi at Hoofbeat Hill. We will be learning some basic techniques of Tai Chi, Qi gong, working with energy, relaxation, and meditation.

» Self Help and Healing - This is an integrated program which may include techniques from Therapeutic Touch, Tai Chi, belly dance, homeopathy, and/or herbology, all aimed at healing body and spirit.

» Belly Dance Join me for a weekend of Belly dance fun. We will look into, basic posture correction, and body alignment and movement, as well as learning some fun belly dance steps and techniques. Relaxation of body and spirit are necessary to do this dancing, so techniques to accomplish that will be taught as well.

» Life's Lessons Through Horses – Discover the wonderful world of horses, and all that they have to offer humans.  Meet and get to know the beautiful souls that live at HHS and learn about their superior communication skills. You may even get to walk a labyrinth with a horse – a completely unique experience.

2-Day Weekends (staying at HHS) - $200

Lunch is provided at Hoofbeat Hill Stables as well as a light breakfast
for those staying over night
